6. Subscription and Payment Terms

Our services are provided on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your chosen plan
• Automatic renewal unless you cancel before the renewal date
• Price changes with 30 days advance notice
• No refunds for partial months or unused service
• Suspension of service for non-payment

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our CRM platform, including but not limited to software, designs, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are owned by Reree Tech and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit written permission.

8. Third-Party Integrations

Our platform may integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for the availability, functionality, or security of these third-party services. Your use of third-party integrations is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

9. Service Availability and Maintenance

While we strive to provide reliable service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance or experience unexpected downtime. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned maintenance in advance.

10. Limitation of Liability

Reree Tech provides CRM services "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reree Tech and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services, violation of these terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Fail to pay required fees
• Pose a security or legal risk
